Excellence in Program Development Award
Awarded to clinical faculty who have developed a new program or service or revitalized an existing program or service.
Nominations will be accepted from division directors and the promotions committee.
Final selection of the recipient will be made by the Clinical Leadership Council.
Outstanding Physician Award
Awarded to clinical faculty who display superior patient evaluation and treatment skills and demonstrate exceptional teaching and communication skills with colleagues, housestaff and students.
Nominations will be accepted from faculty and senior housestaff.
Final selection of the recipient will be made by the Clinical Leadership Council.
Chairman’s Appreciation Award
Awarded to faculty with outstanding clinical productivity who demonstrate superior quality and service.
Nominations will be accepted from division directors.
Selection will be made by the Department of Internal Medicine Chair.
Award for Excellence in Referring Physician Relations
Awarded to clinical faculty who have demonstrated exceptional service to and communication with external referring physicians. Nominations will be solicited from referring physicians with selection made by the Clinical Leadership Council in conjunction with a Referring Physician Council.
