Design of the Conference to meet the Goals:
The conference is a case-presentation format. The facilitator presents two cases in the one hour conference which is held once monthly. The discussant describes a working differential diagnosis along the way demonstrating the thought process used in arriving at clinical decisions. At the conclusion, the discussant gives his or her primary diagnosis, and the facilitator provides the clinical answer.

Informal polling of the audience and participants.
