This year we have received a generous unrestricted educational grant from Pfizer to underwrite the expenses for research day. Two travel awards will be given for the best abstracts by a trainee (pre- or post-doctoral). In addition, two travel awards will be given for outstanding work by junior faculty (including research scientists) and one travel award to a research assistant. Faculty and trainees are invited to submit abstracts for presentation in the poster session. The abstracts do not need to be related to the mini-symposia . We ask that the poster presenters have their posters mounted on Wednesday, February 6, by 12 noon to ensure that the judges have ample time to review the work. We also ask that the presenters be at their posters during both the noon hour and the afternoon break on Thursday.
