Department of Internal Medicine Learning About Being a Medical Researcher 
8/22/2006 Dr. Mark Anderson, UI professor of internal medicine in the Division of Cardiology, helped show 11-year-old Ivan Ye from Coralville what medical research is all about during a job shadow experience on Friday, August 18. Ye was one of three winners in his age group of the KCRG/Show You Care Summer Writing Contest. His prize included a job shadow experience at the UI. To read Ivan's essay, click here.
