Department of Internal Medicine Zavazava and Raikwar honored  Sudhanshu Raikwar Assistant Research Scientist Division of Allergy and Immunology
6/15/2009 Nicholas Zavazava, M.D., and post-doctoral researcher Sudhanshu Raikwar had the top-ranked abstract at the recent American Transplant Congress (ATC). The ATC is the joint congress of the American Transplant Society and the American Society of Transplant Surgeons, and is the world's pre-eminent annual transplant meeting. At this year's ATC there were over 5,000 registrants, 2,600 abstract submissions from around the globe, and a 25 percent oral presentation acceptance rate.
