  • Contributed clinical expertise and work to several clinical research studies

Clinical and Administrative Service

  • Active participant in all aspects of divisional clinical programs
  • Created and staffed a new outpatient clinic called the Pulmonary Nodule Clinic in 2002
  • Made significant efforts to expand the clinical services provided by the Pulmonary Division in the areas of Critical Care Medicine and Interventional Bronchoscopy
  • Received certification through the Fundamentals of Critical Care Support Provider and Instructor program
  • Received formal training at the Leahy Clinic Interventional Bronchoscopy Course
  • Member, Hospital Advisory Committee and the College of Medicine Executive Committee
  • Served on the Education Design Team for the College of Medicine Strategic Plan in 2005 and the Medical Education Committee 2003-04
