Dr. Zwerling's research interest is in the area of injury epidemiology, with a special focus on occupational injuries, especially among workers with disabilities. He is currently the director of The University of Iowa Injury Prevention Research Center funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Head of the Department of Occupational and Environmental Health. Dr. Zwerling's clinical interests are in occupational health.
