Mony Fraer, M.D., F.A.C.P., F.A.S.N.

Dr. Fraer attended and completed his residency and fellowship at the University of Kentucky. He joined the Internal Medicine Department faculty in 2009, after serving at University of Arkansas. He has been involved in patient care in general nephrology, dialysis and transplantation. Dr. Fraer actively participates in the teaching of nephrology fellows by serving as the staff physician for the fellows who are assigned to the University Hospital inpatient nephrology consultation service and clinics (including the kidney stone one) and in the education of students, residents. Since 2010 he is the director of peritoneal dialysis. Dr. Fraer's clinical interests include Kidney stones, kidney transplantation and metabolic bone disease.
