Bone Marrow Transplantation Consultation Service


The Bone Marrow Transplantation Consultation Service evaluates patients referred for consideration of high dose chemotherapy with bone marrow or peripheral blood stem support. Appropriate patients may be candidates for autologous, allogeneic related, and allogeneic unrelated bone marrow transplants in the treatment of a variety of hematologic and non-hematologic malignancies, or of benign bone marrow disorders such as aplastic anemia.
