Phillip A. Horwitz, M.D.
Clinical Associate Professor

Dr. Horwitz is an Interventional Cardiologist. His clinical interests include high risk coronary artery interventions, peripheral vascular interventions, hemodynamic support during cardiac procedures, atrial septal defect (ASD) and patent foramen ovale (PFO) closure. His research interests include studies of PFO closure for stroke and migraine headaches, new stent technologies and novel pharmacologic management of atherosclerosis and acute coronary syndromes.
