Principal Investigator - Stephen McClave, M.D. (Director, Clinical Nutrition, Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology, University of Louisville). *Wrote protocol and assisted with gathering and interpreting data. Protocol currently being reviewed by the Human Studies Committee and sent for formal grant. 1995-present.
